You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive the item.

In order for the return to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:

  • All tags and labels must remain attached and show no signs of having been removed from the garment.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be free from stains, odors, or any other signs of use.

  • The product must be repackaged in its original packaging and sealed properly.

If the return does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return, this also applies to returns sent after the allowed 14-day return window. In the event of a rejected return, we may send the items back to your primary delivery address at your expense to cover shipping costs. The return fee is non-refundable.

Note: The return fee is 69 SEK within Sweden. For international returns, a different return fee applies, which will be calculated when the return is registered. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. Always keep a return receipt or other proof of return from the carrier.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, return the unwanted item and place a new order. If you wish to exchange a size and the order was placed using a one-time discount or another expired promotion, please contact us at info@avegolfwear.com to ensure you do not lose your discount.

Returns with customer account:

Do you have an account with us? Then you can easily request a return directly through your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account at www.avegolfwear.com
  2. Go to your order history and select the order you want to return
  3. Click on "request a return" and follow the instructions
  4. We will review your request and get back to you within 14 business days

Returns without customer account:

Did you order as a guest? No problem! Contact us at info@avegolfwear.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number (found in your order confirmation)
  2. Which product(s) you want to return
  3. Reason for the return

We will get back to you within 7 business days with instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Complaints:

If the items are damaged or broken upon delivery, you must always contact customer service. You will then receive instructions on how to file a complaint for a full refund.

Refunds:

Processing time is up to 14 business days after we have received and approved the return.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The return fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
